Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

A. On March 13, 2017, the Defendant forged private document: (a) purchased the document stating “(i) date of publication: March 13, 2017; (b) information on the supply of and demand for materials and components for D digital drawings; (c) Party A: A/S materials and information on the exclusive telephone system; and (d) Party A: E, the digital records A/S representative number A/S representative number G, representative number G, and D representative director H of a stock company.”

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a certificate of fact, the Defendant forged one copy of the “D Digital Records A/S materials and components and information on exclusive telephone calls,” which is a private document in the name of D related to the certification of fact.

B. On March 14, 2017, the Defendant sent and exercised the forged document as if it had been duly formed at approximately 40 apartment management offices in Daegu City, Daegu, 2320, as stated in the foregoing paragraph, to the apartment management offices of approximately 40 apartment buildings in Daegu, Daegu, as well as the aforesaid paragraph.

C. Although the Defendant is not an official A/S engineer of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., the Defendant sent a document in the name of the representative director of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., as described in the foregoing paragraph (A) to about 40 apartment buildings management offices in Daegu City, as described in the foregoing paragraph (B), and from June 2017 to September 201, attached a cing that “D A/S product H.P.P.I” to each apartment unit in Daegu City, and distributed a leaflet that the Defendant is the official A/S designation store in the name of Ddou, Daegu-gu J Apartment-gu, Daegu, and the K apartment Co., Ltd. or the Defendant’s name in front of the present household.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victims' digital bankruptcy A/S business through the spread of false facts and fraudulent means.
