Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Some of the facts charged were revised in accordance with the evidence relationship to the extent that it does not actually disadvantage the defendant's defense right.
1. No person, other than a handler of narcotics, shall receive or use narcotics or psychotropic drugs;
On July 27, 2017, around 14:53, the Defendant, at the “D Council member” located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, prescribed that he/she was “sethyl melting” (10mg) 7 meters, containing strokes containing strokeic ingredients, as if he/she had a strokeic disorder.
