2. The defendant.
Reasons
1. Facts of premise;
A. Before and after the Korean War of the Republic of Korea (from June 25, 1950 to July 27, 1953), some of the residents of the Gyeongnam-gun in the Gyeongsan-gun were collectively killed according to the third national armed forces of the defendant, who participated in the cryptic operations as soon as possible.
