1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 53,00,000 and the interest rate thereon from November 18, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On June 27, 2006, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 200 million to Defendant B with the joint and several sureties of Defendant C as of December 25, 2006.
B. However, the Defendants did not repay the above loans after the maturity date. Accordingly, the Defendants first seek payment of KRW 53 million out of the above loans.
