A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2019, the defendant received a summary order of a fine of two million won for the violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Gangseo branch court of the Chuncheon District Court on May 30, 2019.

1. Around 12:26 June 29, 2020, the Defendant driven a F spke vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.141% while under the influence of alcohol from the C market parking lot located in Gangnam-si B to E located in Gangnam-si D.

2. On June 29, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the injury caused by dangerous driving) was under the influence of alcohol and, as in paragraph (1), driving the said car at a time where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, and driving the front of the road in Gangnam-si D into the G market on the side of the Bank of Korea. At this point, there was a duty of care to look at the front side of the vehicle and to maintain the distance from the front side and drive safely.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant, by neglecting this, got the victim H (V) who was under the influence of stopping in the air of signal in the front of the signal at the mast where he was under the influence of alcohol and did not live well, and got the victim into front of the ice 50-year-old car, and had the victim J (V, 46-year-old) suffered from the injury such as spatum salt, tensions and tensions, etc. which require approximately three weeks of treatment, and caused the victim K (V, 81-year-old-old-old-old-old-year-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-water injury, such as a spatum salt, tension, etc. which requires approximately three weeks of treatment.
