1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 24,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 21, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On February 18, 2014, the Defendant awarded a contract for construction works to construct a kimchi factory on the ground of Hongsan-ri 475-3, Hongsan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. On February 18, 2014, Taesan-gun subcontracted the construction cost of the said newly constructed construction to the Plaintiff KRW 34,000,000.

B. The Plaintiff completed the said electrical construction and delivered it to Taesan Comprehensive Construction, and the Plaintiff, the Defendant, and Taesan Comprehensive Construction agreed on June 27, 2015 that the Defendant shall pay the unpaid construction price.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the remainder of the construction cost of KRW 24 million and damages for delay pursuant to the above agreement to the Plaintiff.
