A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 24, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months from imprisonment on February 10, 2015 for the crime of damage to public goods and violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) in the Western Branch of the Daegu District Court on January 24, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence.
1.
