The defendant shall pay 72,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from April 29, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff can recognize the fact that the plaintiff set the due date on October 29, 201 and lent KRW 72 million to the defendant on or after three years from the due date on October 29, 2008. Since it is apparent from the calendar that October 29, 201, which is the due date of the closure of the argument in this case, had already been in progress as of October 29, 201, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above borrowed amount of KRW 72 million and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from April 29, 2020 to the following day after the delivery of the copy of the complaint in this case as requested by the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
