1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The Defendants were only on India, and the vehicle traffic in the vicinity of the inner rilass and the enemy rigate was smooth.

2. The judgment of this Court

A. Since May 2, 2008, the countermeasures conference led to the "candlelightlight assembly" held by the Seoul Cheongyang, etc., such as the "S organization" and "T organization," and held a candlelight assembly, which is an outdoor assembly after sunset from May 6, 2008.
