Punishment of the crime

At around 13:50 on June 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sought to street a company run by the victim D (70 years of age) by using the vehicle to E, but the victim did not permit it; (b) made a bath, “Isle frane feas,” and the Defendant saw that the victim was pushed down the chest with the floor of hand; (c) the victim shicked the chest with the floor of hand; and (d) caused the victim’s shick hand.

As a result, the defendant suffered injury to the victim, which is about four weeks of medical treatment.
