The Defendant, from around 8:30 to 10:00 on September 7, 2015, 2015, driven a rocketing passenger car at approximately 120km from the apartment parking lot to the front side of the Simdo water village located in the Simn-gun, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si.
