1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of manufacturing industry, such as tidal dys, and the defendant is a company established for the purpose of manufacturing and selling dystrochemical equipment, etc.

B. On April 18, 2006, the Plaintiff requested the Defendant to manufacture and install a dynamic drying machine (hereinafter “the instant drying machine”) in order to extract biochemical substances called Maccos from the dry basin and the Maccos and use them in the form of powdering. The Defendant manufactured and completed the instant drying machine around that time.

C. Although the Plaintiff was supplied with the instant drieder, the Plaintiff was not using it. From October 2010, the instant drieder was fully operated.

On October 18, 2010, the Plaintiff requested the Defendant Company to provide employee training and trial operation in order to acquire operating methods, etc. of the instant drying machine. On October 18, 2010, while running a trial in the presence of employees of the Defendant Gwangju branch, the Plaintiff generated noise from the compact circuit No. 2 of the instant drying machine, and requested the Defendant Company to repair the instant drying machine to the head office and branch office of the Defendant on the ground of the instant drying machine’s failure to operate the dried machine or the building failure from December 13, 2012 to December 13, 2012, and the details of the repair and the repair time and the repair cost are as follows.
