1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 68,196,360 and KRW 43,065,846 among them, from November 24, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act.
