A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 22, 2016, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Suwon District Court to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and KRW 2 million from the Suwon District Court to a fine of KRW 1.5 million on April 11, 2018.

On November 2, 2019, under the influence of alcohol by 05:30% of blood alcohol concentration, the Defendant driven a vehicle with C low-priced driving that did not purchase a mandatory insurance policy at a distance of about 3.5 km from the Suwon-si transfer-dong to the front road in the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

On March 22, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a fine of KRW 2 million for the same crime at the Suwon District Court on April 11, 2018.

On November 8, 2019, at around 03:35, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with the highest alcohol level of 0.076% in the area of about 2 km from the territory of the Young-gu Office in Suwon-gu to the erogate of the same city from the territory of the Young-gu to the erogate of the same city.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
