Punishment of the crime

On January 24, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00, at the community hall located in the Geju-gun, Geju-gun, Geju-gun, for the reason that the victim D (the age of 54) assaulted E, brought the victim's body several times; (b) went through the bridge, and (c) brought the victim's body several times due to drinking and launching, the Defendant brought the victim's body on the unexplosion of the treatment days.
