1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The fact that the Plaintiff paid to the Defendant the sum of KRW 120 million on May 12, 2014, KRW 100 million on July 29, 2014, KRW 100 million on July 30, 2014, KRW 120 million on July 30, 2014 (hereinafter “the instant money”) does not conflict between the parties.
2. The plaintiff's assertion that the defendant lent the money of this case to the defendant, so it is not sufficient to accept the plaintiff's assertion only with the statement of lives and No. 3, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it. The plaintiff's assertion is without merit.
3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
