Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On February 6, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of 2.5 million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Daegu District Court on February 6, 2012. On July 11, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 6 months and suspended execution for 2 months on July 19, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive during the current suspended execution period.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a vehicle B K5 in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).
