Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 12, 2019, the Defendant obtained a pecuniary benefit equivalent to the same amount by entering the certification number received by the victim's Hand phone number without authority when purchasing a portable chip from the Internet sales site using the core chip, while keeping the core chip in the name of the victim C, and allowing the victim to make payment with the 67,710 won of the Handphone fee.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits by inputting information without authority into a computer or any other information processing device.
