A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime
The Defendant conspiredd to sell counterfeit goods to Do retailers throughout the country by receiving counterfeit goods bags, land bags, etc., on which a trademark of a foreign famous brand is attached, from manufacturers in China. B intended to supply counterfeit goods in China and distribute them to Korea, and the Defendant offered to operate G (mutual name: H) in the location of the North-gu building C (resident's residence) and the building F (office) of the North-gu building E-gu at the port of port.
1. Violation of the Trademark Act;
A.
