A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. 공무집행방해, 상해 피고인은 2014. 08. 19. 22:00경 인천 남동구 B, C주점 앞 노상에서 그곳을 지나는 행인들을 상대로 욕설, 시비를 하던 중 "술먹은 사람이 시비하고 있다"라는 112신고를 받고 출동한 인천남동경찰서 D지구대 소속 경위 E, 순경 F로부터 제지를 당하자 이에 화가 나 주먹으로 위 F의 턱을 때리고, 이에 위 E으로 부터 재차 제지를 당하자 주먹으로 위 E의 낭심을 때리고 발로 E의 정강이를 발로 걷어찼다.
