A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

3 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

A game water-related business entity shall not allow any person to gamble or perform other speculative acts by using game water, nor cause any person to do such act, and no person shall exchange or arrange for exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results, such as points obtained through the use of the game water, or conduct such business.

2. 14. 경까지 사이에 부산 연제구 C에 위치한 ‘D 게임 랜드’ 게임 장에서, 게임 장 내에 ‘ 동물음악 대’ 게임 기 총 40대를 설치하여 그 곳을 찾은 불특정 다수의 손님들 로 하여금 10,000원 권 등 지폐를 투입하고, 속칭 ‘ 똑딱이’ 로 불리는 자동 진행장치를 사용하여 게임을 하도록 한 후, 위 손님들이 게임을 통해 획득한 점수에 해당하는 금원의 10%를 수수료로 공제한 나머지를 현금으로 환전하여 주었다.

As a result, the Defendant committed an act of performing the duties of returning scores, which are intangible results obtained through the use of the above game water, and had the Defendant play gambling and other speculative acts using the above game water, or prevented the Defendant from doing so.
