1. The part of the judgment of the court of first instance against the plaintiff corresponding to the amount ordered to be paid below shall be revoked.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff: (a) was hospitalized in the E-Saeae-CV (MERS-CV; hereinafter “Mese-Baviru”) on May 22, 2015; (b) on May 26, 2015, the Plaintiff was hospitalized in the hospital room at around 18:10 on the same day after being diagnosed with an emergency room located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, with a view to contact with the right trees; (c) on May 26, 2015, the Plaintiff was hospitalized in the hospital room at around 15:10 on the same day; and (d) on May 26, 2015, the Plaintiff was hospitalized in the hospital at the 2nde-si; (d) on May 30, 2015, after being hospitalized with a saved 10 on the 10the-bee-bee-bee-bee-bee-bee-bee-bee (10 on the 2nd).

(C) On July 1, 2015, the Plaintiff was discharged on July 11, 2015 from the hospital under the order of medical care. (4) The Plaintiff was determined to completely recover from the hospital on July 5, 2015, and was discharged on July 11, 2015.

B. The patient No. 1 (i) was hospitalized in the F Hospital of the patient No. 1) 1 from April 24, 2015 to May 3, 2015, and entered the Incheon Airport via Katardo around May 4, 2015. From May 11, 2015 to May 15, 2015, the patient was hospitalized in the G Council located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was hospitalized in the G Council from May 12, 2015 to May 15, 2015, and the medical corporation of the Foundation F Hospital (hereinafter referred to as “HF hospital”) located in Pyeongtaek-gu from May 15, 2015 to May 10:00.

(A) A hospitalized hospital was conducted under I, and on May 17, 2015, K Foundation L Hospital (hereinafter “L Hospital”) located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Gangnam-gu Social Welfare Foundation (hereinafter “L Hospital”).

(2) On May 18, 2015, the patient was born to the L Hospital around 10:00.
