B) On November 1, 2007, the plaintiff and the defendant appealed with Busan High Court Decision 2007Na1738 (Mains) and 2007Na17345 (Counterclaim), but the above appellate court rendered a ruling dismissing all the appeal of the plaintiff and the defendant on November 27, 2009. The above ruling became final and conclusive around that time. The defendant filed a lawsuit against the plaintiff on loans, etc. with the court 2006Da21210 (Ga), and this court revoked the plaintiff's annual claim from 22,770,905 won and its related portion from November 1, 2007 to 2009 to 207Da16708, the court ordered the plaintiff to pay the above 200% interest per annum from the next day to November 29, 2006 to 207, and the above decision was revoked by the court 2008Da168167, Nov. 1, 2007.
