When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 08:30 on November 24, 2019, the Defendant driven a DNA GDPR125A (DPD125A) while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.108% from the 2km section from the front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul to the front of the same Gu C.
