1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of the lawsuit, including the part resulting from the supplementary participation, are all assessed against the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the decision;
A. The Plaintiff is a legal entity that establishes and operates the C University (hereinafter “C University”), and the Intervenor was newly appointed as a full-time lecturer with CU as of March 1, 2004 and was reappointed on April 1, 2006 on March 1, 2010 (the term of office until February 28, 2014) and transferred to the KWPA wappner.
B. On September 30, 2013, the Intervenor filed an application for reappointment with the Defendant on October 5 of the same year, and filed an application for faculty member evaluation for reappointment and promotion. On the 23th of the same month, the Intervenor received from the Defendant the notice of the results of evaluation of achievements that the Defendant did not meet the standards for reappointment, even though the total points of the evaluation were more than 66 points, the total points of which were less than 66 points, but the research area’s points were more
C. On October 28, 2013, the Intervenor filed an objection with the Defendant regarding the foregoing results of teacher job performance evaluation, and submitted a certificate of publication of “D” 1 plate that he/she written with research records omitted at the time of filing an application for a teacher job performance evaluation (hereinafter “instant author”). The instant author was granted an international standard book number E, and was published on November 4, 2013.
However, on December 26, 2013, the Plaintiff held a board of directors and decided not to re-appoint the Intervenor on the ground that the scheduled date of publication of the instant author’s book submitted by the Intervenor is not recognized as the performance of teachers’ work evaluation after October 31, 2013, which is the deadline for submission of the faculty evaluation regulations, and notified the Intervenor on the 30th of the same month.
