Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was engaged in driving a rocketing car.

At around 20:30 on May 10, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car on the street in front of the Daelimatopo-dong in Ansan-si, Sinsan-si, and proceeded with one lane from Geumsan-dong to his salary-dong.

In such a case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle, even though he/she has a duty of care to safely operate the motor vehicle, was negligent in driving the motor vehicle without permission due to the failure of the center line, which is a yellow solid line, at the right edge of the motor vehicle, to drive the motor vehicle on the left side of the motor vehicle C(41 years old) driving of the victim C(41 years old) who driven the said road at the right edge of the motor vehicle.
