A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

However, as the result of removing construction falls short of the qualification examination document, the Defendant was willing to make and submit a false statement of construction performance by year, a certificate of construction performance of facilities, and a contract for removal of buildings.
