1. The Defendant’s KRW 32,569,80 for the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s annual rate from May 5, 2015 to August 21, 2015.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On September 2, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to be supplied with the said construction work (hereinafter referred to as the “instant construction work”) for the said construction work of the said Japanese-based compact book (hereinafter referred to as the “instant factory”) located in Echeon-si. The Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to be supplied with 1,223.47mm2 (hereinafter referred to as the “instant panel”) necessary for the instant construction work.
B. On September 2, 2011, the Plaintiff received the instant panel from the Defendant and completed the construction of outer walls during the instant construction.
C. However, more than one year and three months after the completion of the construction of the above outer wall, defects arising in the part corresponding to 50% of the front part of the outer wall of the factory of this case constructed by the panel of this case have been expanded. The causes of such defects are caused by ruptures and ruptures due to the ruptures of the panel of this case because ruptures have not been done ruptured, and the ruptures and ruptures (Fe2O3) have been launched among them. E. The above defects of the panel of this case were removed after coloring, but this is not only likely to harm the aesthetic view, but also cannot be seen as a fundamental solution for the melting, and there is a method to reconstruct the factory of this case to the same kind of panel after the melting the melting panel.
