Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name, namely, “H” and “I,” from Nos. 404, 805, B 307, 502, and 506, Nam-gu, Incheon, and the J is a person who has worked as the head of the said sexual traffic business establishment.

The Defendant and J conspired to take part in the profits by operating commercial sex acts establishments, advertise commercial sex acts establishments on the Internet, have employed women in commercial sex acts, have the reserved telephone of those who want to engage in commercial sex acts, and have some of the proceeds from commercial sex acts paid to women in commercial sex acts.

On December 16, 2014, the Defendant and J reported Internet advertisements, made a reservation by making telephone conversationss with the Defendant, and received KRW 1.30,00 won as the price for commercial sex acts from K which was found in order to engage in commercial sex acts under the above Gtel B 307, the Defendant and J received KRW 1.30,000 as the price for commercial sex acts from K, and let employees B guide K to a room in which they are female women of commercial sex acts, and have C arrange commercial sex acts by having C talk with K and once.

As above, the Defendant and the J conspiredd the Defendant from the end of September 2014 to the above time, and the J, from the beginning of October 2014 to the above time, let four sexual traffic women, such as C, attend with the male customers average of 10 million won per day, and arrange sexual traffic by raising approximately KRW 10,00 won from the end of September 2014 to December 16, 2014.

2. Defendant B, who was in a pro-friendly relationship with the J, was proposed by the J to work as the "head of office" at the above sexual traffic business establishment, and consented to the work, cleaning each room at the above sexual traffic business establishment and guiding customers to the room where they are sexual traffic women.

The Defendant, around December 16, 2014, provided a guidance to engage in commercial sex acts in the above Gtel B 307 rooms around December 16, 2014, as well as A and J from December 8, 2014 to the above time.
