A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 6, 2015, at around 08:05, the Defendant moved along a lane to the left or right-hand turn on the 586 set side of the members art gallery in front of Sungpo-si, Sungpo-si, 586, the Defendant was demanded to stop the bicycle on the sideway and to stop the bicycle on the side by being notified of traffic offense, such as making the left-hand turn on the left-hand turn at the crosswalk immediately after a stop in front of the crosswalk, and driving the bicycle on the left-hand side.

그러자 피고인은 C에게 “신분증도 없고 주민등록번호도 모른다, 한번만 봐 달라”고 하면서 이를 거부한 채 그냥 가려고 하여 C로부터 재차 교통법규 위반사실과 신분증 제시 등을 요구받자 갑자기 “지나가는 차에 콱 받아 죽어버려야지”라고 말하며 앞으로 나갈 듯한 태도를 보여 C가 피고인이 지나가는 차에 뛰어들거나 하지 못하도록 보도 위로 자전거를 옮기는 등 이동 조치하려고 하자, C에게 “이게 얼마짜리 자전거인줄 아느냐, 잡고 있는 것 놓으라”고 하면서 피고인의 오른쪽 손날로 자전거를 잡고 있던 C의 좌측 손목 부위를 1회 힘껏 때려 폭행하였다.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officials concerning public peace and maintenance of order.
