A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act is a person who drives the vehicle B in salary-spon-con-line.

On June 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven the above vehicle at around 21:30, while driving the said vehicle on the 5-lane road in the Pakistan-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon; (b) had been driving at a speed of 40 km from the 4-lane 4:0 per hour to the 40 km; (c) had been negligent in neglecting the duty of front-time watch, and had been stopped on the 40-lane 4:0 per hour; (d) had been negligent in neglecting the duty of front-time watch, so as to wait for left-hand turn turn at the above 1-lane, the Defendant conflicts with the front-time part of the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle; (d) had the said 6-day driver’s vehicle driven by the said 5-day driver’s vehicle; (e) had the victim’s 6-day driver’s vehicle under the influence of the said 6-day driver’s license; (e) had the victim’s 5-day driver’s tension and the 5-day tension of the vehicle;

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a motor vehicle owner who actually uses a wing-in wing-in train B owned by H.

On June 27, 2013, around 21:30, the Defendant driven the above string-in string-house 10k section of the Pakistan, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, from the area of approximately 10km to the front road of the Pakistan, located in the Dong-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, the accident point described in paragraphs (1) through (3).
