However, “5% per annum from April 16, 2019 to the delivery date of a duplicate of the complaint in this case, and 15% per annum from the next day to the full payment date,” which is the portion for delay, shall be corrected to “12% per annum from the day following the day of service of a duplicate of the complaint in this case to the day of full payment.”
