Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 5, 2016, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information on April 15, 2016, who was sentenced to six months of imprisonment by the Incheon District Court due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kamera, etc.).

Where any personal information submitted is changed, a person subject to registration of personal information shall submit the reason and details of the change to the head of the police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date the reason

Although the Defendant changed his/her address to the Do Government D Building No. 802 around July 28, 2017, the Defendant did not submit the said changed information to the head of the competent police office within 20 days, even though he/she changed his/her address to the Do Government Building No. 202.
