1. The Gwangju District Court prepared on May 20, 2015 with respect to the auction case of real estate A and B (Dual).

1. Facts of premise;

A. The Plaintiff is a person who holds a claim for the amount of 648,133,700 won for the Dong Library Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Dong Library”) and an amount of 6% per annum from December 1, 2008 to December 22, 2008, and an amount of 20% per annum from the next day to December 22, 2008.

B. On May 3, 2007, the Dae-dong Reading Center completed the registration of creation of a neighboring mortgage, which is the maximum debt amount of KRW 70,000,000,000 with respect to the 35 parcel (hereinafter “the instant real estate”) located in Young-gun, Young-gun, Gwangju District Court (Seoul District Court Decision 8417 on May 3, 2007, and the debtor Dong-dong Reading Library and the mortgagee Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the instant mortgage”) (hereinafter “instant mortgage”) with respect to the 19798, receipt of the registration on December 1, 2008, the Gwangju District Court completed the registration of creation of a neighboring mortgage (the maximum debt amount of KRW 800,000,000,000, the debtor’s Dong Reading-gun, the debtor-dong Reading Library, the mortgagee-mortgage D, the establishment of a mortgage on December 198, 200, the debtor, and the debtor and Dong-dong District Court (Seoul District Court).

Since then, 64,981,755 won of the maximum debt amount of D's right to collateral security has been transferred in person to the defendant corporation.

C. The lower court rendered a voluntary decision to commence auction to the Gwangju District Court A and B (Duals) upon each of the claims filed by the Plaintiff and the party liable for collateral security against the instant real estate, and the auction procedure was in progress.

On April 10, 2015, the Defendant issued a collection order for the claim for the payment of dividend in the auction procedure of this case where this communication will be held against the Republic of Korea by Seoul Central District Court 2015TTT 2015T 9253.

E. In the instant auction procedure, Gwangju District Court order 5,469,430 won and 2nd priority equivalent to the maximum debt amount to the Defendant, 70,000 won and 3rd priority, which are the holder of the delivery authority, in the order of May 20, 2015.
