1. The Plaintiff:
(a) Selected D shall be either 30.5/2645 shares in the land listed in the separate sheet and 5.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The registration of preservation of ownership in the Plaintiff’s name was completed on December 18, 1971, with respect to the 12793 square meters of O forest in Gyeong-si, Jin-si, Jin-do, which is the land prior to the subdivision of each land listed in the separate sheet.
B. On June 2, 2017, the Plaintiff and Nonparty P (P and Q) whose Korean name is identical, completed the registration of a change of the indication of a registered titleholder indicating that the owner’s address is changed to “R in Gyeong-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Gyeong-do,” which was his/her domicile on the ground of error in application on December 18, 1971, and the registration of change of the indication of a registered titleholder changing the owner’s address to “M in Gyeong-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, Busan, and T” which is his/her domicile on the ground of the former change.
C. On May 11, 2018, each land listed in the separate sheet was divided into land before subdivision, and on May 17, 2018, each of the above land was based on the registration under the above P’s name.
3. 20. The registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the designated party B Co., Ltd. was completed on the grounds of sale.
Each transfer registration of ownership in the name of Da, E, F, and G was completed on June 27, 2018 with respect to each of the shares listed in the order in the land No. 4. The ownership transfer registration in the name of K, L, M, and N was completed on July 19, 2018 with respect to each share in the order in the land No. 5. The ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of Ha, I, and J on May 17, 2018 with respect to each share in the order in the land No. 5, the name of Ha, I, and J on May 17, 2018, the name of Appoint, E, F, and G on June 27, 2018, the name of Appoint, K, M, and N on July 19, 2018, and the ownership transfer registration was completed under each of the shares listed in the order No. 6.
