Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 3, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, driving the said car without a driver’s license on March 3, 2016, and driving the said car on March 3, 2016, driving from the Busan East-dong intersection to the Chinese intersection.

A person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care not to drive a motor vehicle without a driver's license.

Nevertheless, while driving without a driver's license, the Defendant escaped at a higher speed by disregarding the stop signal of the police officer who was under the influence of drinking, and was faced with the injury of the victim D(62) who was waiting in the signal waiting at the front direction of the Defendant, following the Defendant's vehicle driven by the victim D(62) who was waiting in the signal waiting at the front direction of the driving direction, the Defendant suffered approximately two weeks of the Defendant's vehicle by taking the front part of the Defendant's vehicle, and suffered about two weeks of light dials, tensions, etc.

2. On March 2, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver’s license from around 00 to March 23, 2016 to around 06:12, from around 16:0,00 to around 160km to the intersection of the east-dong, Busan Metropolitan City.

3. On March 14, 2016, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, etc. of Arranging Sexual Traffic (sexual traffic) posted a letter to suggest sexual traffic using “G” in a smartphone hosting clock, and, even though being aware of the fact that he/she conducted sexual traffic and his/her sexual purchase and sexual traffic, he/she, who completed sexual traffic in “Iel” located in south-gu H on March 14, 2016, sent a letter to “K” in which he/she drives the F, which he/she drives, and puts F into a “K” in his/her car.

Accordingly, the defendant was prevented by facilitating F to engage in sexual traffic.
