Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who sells livestock products under the name of C in front of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Joint Wholesale Market.

Any person who intends to operate a livestock product sales business shall be equipped with facilities meeting the standards for facilities prescribed by the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes and shall report to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, from June 23, 2016 to January 9, 2017, the Defendant failed to file a business report with the competent authority on the business facilities, such as bags and coolants, and sold beef and pigs to unspecified customers, and thereby raising sales amounting to KRW 4 million on an average monthly basis.
