1. The Defendant’s KRW 94,200,000 as well as 20% per annum from August 11, 2015 to September 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without any applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

As the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings are promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, partial termination (if a duplicate of complaint is served until September 29, 2015), it shall be recognized only as 20% per annum from the day following the date of service of the duplicate of complaint of this case until September 30, 2015, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
