A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 19, 2013, the defendant, as the representative director of D Co., Ltd. in Jinju-si, purchased the said D Co., Ltd. in the name of D Co., Ltd. after obtaining a loan of KRW 70 million from 20,000 from 30,000 from 20,000 from 30,000, and around the 27th of the same month, as to the above D Co., Ltd, the debtor as D Co., Ltd., the creditor as the victim, and the claim amount as KRW 56,00,000.
