Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants, along with one-person “H”, sought access to those who lack normal judgment ability, such as dementia patients and the elderly, to “boomed boomed,” or to have a mobile phone opened through one’s name, and divided profits by selling them.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to attract the victim from January 4, 2017 to January 6, 2017.
2) On January 4, 2017, Defendant B transferred the victim from Defendant A in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “Gyeongdong Market” and, on the same day, had the victim, who could not understand its meaning in the mobile phone agency located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, prepare documents necessary for the opening of the mobile phone, allowing the victim, who was unable to understand its meaning in the mobile phone agency, to open the cell phone 1,152,80 won at the market price, to open the cell phone 7 PP where the said mobile phone was delivered after he/she opened the cell phone 128 unit (N, O) at the market price.
