A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

All applications filed by applicants for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

On July 29, 2015, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) on the street in front of “F week” located on the first floor of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan E commercial building; (b) on the part of the victim D (25 years of age); (c) on the left side of the victim, the victim C (31 years of age) has taken one time the victim’s face; (d) the victim C (31 years of age) attempted to stop the defendant; (e) has broken the victim’s bridge on the right right side; and (e) has gone beyond the victim’s face on one occasion on one occasion; (e) has walked the victim’s face on one occasion; and (e) has walked the victim D, who was next to the victim’s head at one time; and (e) has taken the victim’s face at one time; and (e) has taken the victim’s face with his head at one time.

As a result, the defendant suffered injury to the victim D, such as inside the inside of the 2 weeks of medical treatment, and around 8 weeks of medical treatment to the victim C, including inside and outside of the mouth.
