1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 31,665,70 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 12% from October 26, 2019 to the date of full payment.

1. On June 2018, the Plaintiff, who runs a furniture production business and an interior service business with the trade name of “C”, completed the construction by being awarded a contract with the Defendant for the construction work of interior construction construction business, etc., such as furniture and heading, and the unpaid construction cost balance as of October 21, 2019 is KRW 31,665,700.

Accordingly, the plaintiff seek the payment of the balance of the above construction cost and damages for delay against the defendant.
