A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2017 Highest 787]
1. Special larceny Defendant, along with pro-Japanese C (Transfer of Juvenile Protection Case), will have a vehicle hair committed in an apartment parking lot;
A. On March 26, 2016, 02:48, the Plaintiff opened a door that is not corrected by the victim D-owned vehicles parked in the 201 parking lot, Maam-dong, Maam-dong, Maam-dong, Maam-dong, 201, and brought about KRW 10,000 in cash and KRW 10,000 in Maam-dong;
B. At around 01:40 on March 28, 2016, the government opened a door that does not correct the G vehicle owned by the victim F, which was parked in the said parking lot 301, Shindong, Shindong-dong, Shindong-dong, 301, and opened a door of the vehicle, and bring about 450,000 won in cash in the vehicle and one part of the wall containing one resident registration certificate, in combination with the above C, stolen the victims’ property.
2. On October 12, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face by drinking, on the ground that he was living together with the victim J (M, 16 years of age) who returned at the time and was living together with other males at the time, in front of the I store located at H at the Government-si around 21:30 on October 12, 2016.
3. On November 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed assault to the victim, such as the victim’s face and body at 00:00 p.m., the victim’s J was put into a passenger car, and the victim was asked to display the cell phone screen at the same time; and (b) the victim was rejected, but the victim’s face and body was 20 times, and the victim’s head car was cut into 20 times, and the victim’s head car was cut into 20 days. Accordingly, the Defendant committed assault to the victim, such as the victim’s head car at 0:0 and 7 days.
