The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment of innocence is publicly notified.
Reasons
1. The gist of the facts charged is that the Defendant is a person engaged in driving the C&L car.
On August 31, 2014, around 10:13, the Defendant, along with the first lane, proceeded with the road in front of the E- pharmacy located in Daegu-gu D, Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, one lane from the half-month distance protection area to the salary-based distance from the half-month distance protection area.
At all times, there was a crosswalk where signal lights are installed, so there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the steering and steering system while lowering the speed to those engaged in driving of the motor vehicle.

2. The following circumstances revealed by the evidence of this case, i.e., (i) the Defendant, at the time, was driving the instant vehicle at the time, and was proceeding to the speed of 50 to 60km per hour, which is within a speed of 50 to 5 lanes, and (ii) each vehicle at the time was being driven by the vehicle at a speed of 50 to 70 meters, and the crosswalk was installed at a speed of 50 to 50 meters, the victim began to cross the vehicle without permission from the five-lane to the median line. (iii) When the victim turns the two-lanes, the passenger vehicle driven along the two-lanes at the time was discovered and speeded by the victim, but the Defendant was proceeding along the two-lanes, and the Defendant was a situation where the right angle of the Defendant’s right angle was completely opened due to the said one, and (iv) ultimately, the vehicle was a situation where the Defendant’s right angle was completely opened.
