The defendant is a person who drives Bone Star motor vehicle.

On July 18, 2012, at around 00:35, the Defendant driven the above vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.146%, and driven it under the influence of alcohol of 0.146%, and driven it under the influence of alcohol by drinking approximately 10 meters until the front of the same apartment of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 104.
