A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 3, 2019, at around 02:26, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a car driver’s vehicle from around 6.8 km to the roads front of the Mad Cultural Center located in the Mad Cultural Center in the Madsung-gun, Jeonnam-gun, the Defendant driven a car driver’s vehicle from around 6.8 km to the roads.
