Reasons
1. Basic facts
(a) the network J, the network K, and the network L are square systems;
B. On May 24, 1963, the deceased L completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the completion of repayment on March 10, 1959 with respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant land”).

2. Determination as to the cause of action
A. The plaintiffs allegedly owned the instant land under the name of the deceased L, and registered the instant land under the name of the deceased L. However, the ownership of the deceased K was registered under the name of the deceased L, but the actual ownership of the deceased K was registered under the name of the deceased K. However, the 98 square meters prior to the Hong-gun O was registered under the name of the deceased K. However, the ownership was actually owned by the J. However, the deceased K and the deceased J were to exchange the N land with the O land on April 10, 1985, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the J as of February 10, 1970, and as of the O land, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of K.
On February 10, 1970, the deceased J agreed to register the land of this case from the deceased L at the time of the above exchange contract.
Therefore, around February 10, 1970 between the deceased J and the deceased L on the ground of sale and purchase on February 10, 1970 between the deceased J and the deceased L, and as a result of donation on February 10, 1970, the Defendants seek to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer of the land of this case in proportion to the inheritance share ratio.
