A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:00 on May 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven a Da SM3 car on the front side of Cmiddle School located in Seopopo City B while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.187%; (b) around 50 meters.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving) was driving a DSS3 car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.187% on May 11, 2019 and driving it on May 22, 2019 to E-section from the Jeju-si bank.

At the time, the signal was not installed at all times, so in such a case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to see the front door well, to accurately manipulate the steering and brakes while looking at the left and right of the motor vehicle and to prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to perform his duty of care while driving the said SM3 vehicle while driving the said SM3 vehicle while entering the opposite lane, and caused the Defendant’s injury to the victim F (W, 58 years old) by taking the part of the victim F (W) driving G in front of the left side of the coos vehicle into the front part of the coos vehicle, and taking approximately two-day medical treatment for the said SM3 vehicle, thereby causing the Defendant’s injury to the victim F, Ha (n, 61 years old) who was on the coos vehicle, by taking approximately two-day medical treatment for the said coos.
