On June 26, 2014, at around 23:20, the Defendant driven B Poter Cargo at the entrance of a speech village located in Yongcheon-si, Sincheon-dong, in the front of the Cheongcheon-si, in the state of alcohol of 0.159% of blood alcohol concentration.
