Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 1, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in Daegu District Court and its racing support, and on May 24, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and two years of suspension of execution.

Nevertheless, at around 15:58 on July 18, 2020, the Defendant driven a vehicle E Q900 while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.208%, from the front side of the C racing branch, which was located in the C racing branch on July 18, 2020 to the front side of the D in the racing-si.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the Road Traffic Act's prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.

On December 1, 2006, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court and racing support, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million for the same crime, etc. on October 13, 2009, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million for the same crime, etc. on May 24, 2017, and was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and suspension of execution for the same crime on May 24, 2017, and was detained for the same crime on August 12, 2020 and is currently pending in the trial of the first instance.

Although the Defendant had been punished for a violation of the Road Traffic Act as above, on July 10, 2020, at around 08:40 on July 10, 2020, the Defendant driven an INAS car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.116% from the section of about 25 km from the front side of the FV to the front side of the HH in the racing-si.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the Road Traffic Act's prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
